Our law firm focuses on providing business, employment, health care law and related services for clients. For some of our business clients, we act as de facto in house counsel, providing counsel and advice on a regular basis on general legal issues. This may involve drafting contracts and employment agreements, including non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements, developing policies and procedures, or providing training, assisting with real estate issues, helping your business raise capital or complete deals, or engage in other routine business matters. We also spend time representing both employers and employees in all aspects of employment law.
If legal disputes arise, our attorneys have the experience and skill to find the appropriate way to resolve them. Each client is unique, so we do not default to the same methods for everyone. When time, money or preserving relationships are critical, alternative dispute resolution may be the best option. In other situations, litigation is the answer.
