Why Choose Stavros Law?
Providing Direction and Delivering Results for our Clients.
Stavros Law was founded with a clear mission: providing sound direction and delivering excellent results for our clients in a small, client-focused law firm. Our lawyers and staff are dedicated to serving our clients' needs and doing everything they can to make sure that we accomplish our clients' goals. We recognize that each and every one of our client's needs are different, and tailor our services to meet each client's specific needs.
What does that mean for you?
Well, it means you get the results you want. We encourage you to speak to our former clients. They will tell you that Stavros Law isn't your typical law firm. Yes, we are very good at what we do, and often receive praise from the lawyers, judges and other professionals we work with on a daily basis. But, our most important objective is receiving your praise. And, frankly, we excel at that. Because we understand that, as lawyers, we are obligated and committed to advocating for our clients' best interests. And, in order to do that effectively, we know that we must listen to you and truly identify your objectives and goals, and then deliver direction or provide results that you want.
Most lawyers and law firms are terrible at listening and communicating with clients. As a result, they often fall woefully short in satisfying client objectives, even while providing skilled legal assistance. These lawyers fail to understand that being a good lawyer is much more than knowing the law, or knowing how to try a case, or being an aggressive advocate. Yes, those things matter, but only if a lawyer understands and listens to the client, and tailors a strategy that will serve the client's goals.
How we make a difference in your life?
As a small firm, every single client we have is important, from our individual clients to our largest business clients. Because you matter, we make sure that we devote the time and resources needed for your case, and provide excellent representation to achieve the results you want, without forcing you to pay for the bloated overhead and excessive hourly rates of large law firms.
Because significant part of our practice centers on business law and employment law, we often spend time assisting our clients with preventative legal measures, and advising them on day-to-day issues in order to reduce risks, limit fees and, quite frankly, minimize the time and money they pay to us or other law firms. While we work hard to foster a close and mutually beneficial relationship with you, we understand that you'd rather not be paying for our services and spending so much time in our office. So we work hard to minimize your legal expenses while protective your interests.
What can we help you?
Our law firm focuses on providing business, employment, health care law and related services for clients. For some of our business clients, we act as de facto in house counsel, providing counsel and advice on a regular basis on general legal issues. This may involve drafting contracts and employment agreements, including non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements, developing policies and procedures, or providing training, assisting with real estate issues, helping your business raise capital or complete deals, or engage in other routine business matters. We also spend time representing both employers and employees in all aspects of employment law.
If legal disputes arise, our attorneys have the experience and skill to find the appropriate way to resolve them. Each client is unique, so we do not default to the same methods for everyone. When time, money or preserving relationships are critical, alternative dispute resolution may be the best option. In other situations, litigation is the answer. In many other situations, a new and innovative solution may be the key to resolving your issue. Whatever the need, we are committed to assisting you in any way we can.
