Austin Brenner Egan
Austin has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of business litigation disputes, including breach of contract, covenants not to compete, tortious interference, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Austin has successfully defended an HVAC service company in a case involving claims for negligence and deceptive trade practices, and has dissolved a post-judgment writ of garnishment issued against the owner of an apartment complex. After practicing law in Texas for two years, Austin returned to Salt Lake and has quickly developed litigation experience in environmental law and family law. Austin excelled in law school, where he won the award for “Best Appellate Brief” and was selected for the school’s moot court team.
